We’ll take care of the homestead, too.

To keep things simple, we charge by the time spent taking care of your home. If chores require more time than scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you.

Up to 10 miles of round trip travel from our nearest location is included. Any distance over that will be charged a $2.00/mile fee. (We use Google maps to measure distance)

Last Minute Booking Fee (Less than 12 hours notice) - $10.00 extra per visit

Sometimes emergencies happen – our goal is to help you when you need it most, even at the last minute. While we’ll attempt to accommodate last minute requests, until you receive an email confirmation from us, you don’t have an appointment.

Bad Checks- $35.00 per check

Insufficient funds or return for any reason

Additional Fees

Up to 10 round trip miles included + $2.00 for each additional mile over 10

Additional mileage is charged per visit, both ways for addresses more than 5 miles from our nearest location.

Holidays- $5.00 extra per visit

Charged on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
